Do you know of an online community for fantasy writers?

One where aspiring writers can get tips and helpful advice from experienced writers, and maybe even get someone to read and help with their current work?

Do you know of an online community for fantasy writers?
I would also suggest Deep Genre, a SF/Fantasy site frequented by a number of well known fantasy authors. It has a sizable section on writing your first novel and occasional articles on writing and the publishing business.
Reply:Go to Baen's Books. Sign in. When you receive an email telling you that you are now part of the group, you can check out the Bar-where authors' as well as others go to hash out book and story plans. Or go to the Chat room and converse with others like yourself about upcoming books, stories you'd like to see and/or writing you are trying to accomplish yourself.
Reply:http://www.elfwood.com is a place where you can exchange comments and critiques with fellow fantasy and science fiction writers and artists. They also have free online tutorials from real fantasy writers. You just have to know a few HTML tags and make sure you translate any non-English words you use.
Reply:absolutewrite.com/forums has a fantasy board, and one of its most frequent contributors is a highly-regarded fantasy author.
