Does anyone have access to aSmallWorld (net) community online?

By the way, I'll use the invite wisely . It will not get in the wrong hands (promise). Is the website really as velvet-robe as they say it is? I'm just really curious what is discussed in that community and what all the fuss is about. I mean, there are rich people everywhere, (Location: Primrose Hill, London, but I would love too move homes, preferably to Upper East Side or the Hamptons. Europe is so yester-year). Back to main subject, I really need that invite. Be generous ppl and send them over. Thanks

I don't have access but a client for whom I designed a website gets hits from there. I don't know if she is a member but here is what I think.

The whole idea of the internet was to have a virtual world where everyone could have a freedom of speech and be treated equally. These invitation-only are a threat to the Net. I even take it as an insult. Is the Net too cheap for Jet Setters? They need to have their own websites? Well that's fine. I don't want them on the pages that I visit. Personally I could not care less about that site and would definitely decline any invitation I would get.

Don't get me wrong, I am not jealous or anything. I am just saying we make the Internet for world wide communication, not Jet Set Communication.
