It has forums for every art form , plus dialogues on history and contemporary art, digital art and camera use, weekend workshops,plein air painters get togethers and critiques and lessons too - all free. It is a GREAT SITE.I have been a member since 2000 and have never regretted it.

those are the best i can think of...you get a profile and a page for your art and it's free...not sure the focus of your art but those communities are sci-fi/fantasy/fan art based...but delve into the generic at times.
