What do you want in an online writing community?

Looking to start writing group over the web, and am gathering ideas.

What do you want in an online writing community?
I want good moderation. No trolls, no spam.





I want several professional writers whose works are published who are very active there.





I want boards divided by genre. IMO, mystery writers aren't qualified to critique westerns, and memoir writers may not be the best choice for giving feedback to screenwriters.





I want the absence of any petty martinet(s) who scold or lecture.





I want standards and even instruction for critique.





I want AbsoluteWrite, I guess.
