I am a member of an online community, and am unable to access "My Page" without getting an error report

The name of the group is care2, I have contacted them and they told me to check that my cookies are accepting them and to clear my cache which I did, I am able to participate in the group and view other peoples profiles but when


i go to "my page" I get "internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close send error report or don't send" and my screen closes. I have narrowed it down to my computer because I don't have a problem on other peoples computers, I have not changed any settings this did it on it's own, one day! What do I need to (check, uncheck, enable, disable prompt etc and how!) I am not computer literate, how did it change on it's own? HELP!

Do you have IE7? Try going back to IE6. We had that problem at work about a year ago. We lost three days of work until we figured out what the problem was. Been fine ever since we rolled back.
Reply:It might be a coding error of some sort. Have the staff check the javascript coding on that page(tell them to test the codes on a test board) and see if all of the codes are correct.
