Playing (Oldschool) Dungeons & Dragons Online?

Does anyone know of a website or online community I can join to play old school Dungeons %26amp; Dragons?

And by old school I refer to sitting rolling dice and flicking through the rule books as opposed to the computer game versions.

Playing (Oldschool) Dungeons %26amp; Dragons Online?
Actually, D%26amp;D currently supports a lot of this, and will be supporting it even more with the release of 4th Edition next year.

Just go to www.playdnd.com - then click on the D%26amp;D message boards. Once you sign up go to the calendar section - there are some online games going on in there. Plus you can always network with others to play online.

When 4th edition comes out in the spring, Wizards of the Coast have announced that people will be able to play D%26amp;D online easier than ever before. They will create a virtual table top in which the DM can create his own dungeon, players can create their own miniatures, and you can play table top D%26amp;D online. While this may be too "video gamish" for some, it will not be a video game, but instead a way to play the pen and paper version on the computer.

4th edition is going to be so much more, however, and I truly believe it is going to be the best version of D%26amp;D yet. Possibly the best RPG yet (version 3.5 already came close).

Hope you find a game!
