is it that i can do associates for two years and then transfer to a university to get RN degree?
Can u suggest some good and cheap community colleges in north carolina for nursing not online colleges?
I am not sure where in North Carolina you are located (or want to be located), but check into Cape Fear Community College's nursing program. (CFCC is located in Wilmington, NC.) I hear that it is a great program and the students are successful. Good luck! :)
Reply:There are many great community colleges in NC for nursing that are not online. The cost of community college education in NC is set by the legislature, so they all cost exactly the same! You can get an associates degree in nursing in two years at a community college, and many 4 yr. colleges in NC also have an RN to BSN degree program to go from RN to BSN. The question is whether you want an RN or a BSN, and where you want to go to college.
