I'm looking for a certain online game. It's like runescape I think.. Help.?

It's an online community like runescape... but its not about dragons and wizards and stuff.


I've heard something about it and apparently you can make your own character and smoke weed on it and stuff...


Thats all the information I have on it really.


But I'd be grateful for any suggestions...
