most people chat on here and allways have, the rooms are created by a person, and that person, becomes the moderator, and can give those rights to others.. anyone who makes trouble is banned, if they come back with a different name, we ban their computer IP, if they come back on a new ip, we ban there whole ISP's group for a day.
