I'm looking for a web service to publish a community newsletter. I would like it to be be able to have local community resources publish community information. Not sale ads or anything like that, but a place to have local community resources publish local community information.
Can anyone recommend a good site or blog that I could use to do this? I want it to be easy, free and have the potential to reach many subscribers.
Please give me some ideas using new collaborative tools and ISP services.
